PRODUCT DETAILS

• Handmade from 0.4 mm natural latex.
• Finished with bespoke black and red pankou knot buttons, handcrafted using traditional Chinese techniques.
• Each pankou closure is made and assembled by hand, so subtle variations may occur. No two garments are exactly alike.
• Minor glue marks or slight irregularities may be visible due to the handmade construction. These are natural characteristics of the process and are not considered faults.
• Please purchase only if you are comfortable with the unique variations of a handmade garment.
• Made to order. Please allow 3–4 weeks for production.
• Rush production may be available for an additional fee of 20% of the item price. Availability must be confirmed with us before ordering.

SIZING & MEASUREMENTS

• Available in standard sizing or made to your custom measurements.
• Please refer to our size guide when selecting a standard size.
• For custom sizing, please email your height, weight, shoulder width, bust, waist and hip measurements, preferred garment length, order number and any additional requests to vantaveil_latex@outlook.com after placing your order.
• Measurements may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of each piece.

SHIPPING, DUTIES & TAXES

Complimentary shipping is available on:

• UK orders over £350
• European orders over £450
• All other international orders over £500

Shipping fees for orders below these thresholds are calculated at checkout.

For orders delivered outside the UK, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes and customs fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

RETURNS

For hygiene reasons, all latex pieces are non-refundable and eligible for exchange only. Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached. Bespoke items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
